Chytrid Research

In addition to the Amphibian Conservation and Education Project, our lab is conducting a variety of projects involving chytrid. Visit the graduate and undergraduate student pages for more detailed information on specific projects.

SwabsI collaborate with several laboratories across the United States and internationally. If you are interested in working to solve the chytrid problem, please contact me.

My laboratory serves as a diagnostic center for both chytrid and ranavirus pathogens. We currently run samples for many groups from 6th grade science fair projects to commercial distributors.
